Passengers must arrive at the port at least one hour before departure. Boarding closes 30 minutes before sailing. It is recommended to bring a printed copy of the ticket.

A valid ID is required for all passengers. Proper identification must be presented to avail of any applicable fare discounts.

Medallion Transport allows a free baggage allowance of 15 kg (33 lb) per passenger. Any baggage exceeding this weight will be charged Php 150 per 10 kg.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding fees. Refund terms may vary depending on the payment method used.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Tickets are valid only for the specific voyage.

Medallion Transport welcomes pets onboard, provided they are properly secured and have the required documentation. A quarantine permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry, issued at a designated pier, must be presented to Port Officers or Assistants before boarding. Pets are generally kept in the baggage area, and passengers may choose to accompany them there at their own discretion. For safety, vehicle engines should remain off during the trip.

Key Guidelines:

• Cages: Pets must be secured in cages for the entire journey.

• Quarantine Permit: Obtain and present a valid quarantine permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry before boarding.

• Baggage Area: Pets are typically housed in the vessel’s baggage area.

• Passenger Discretion: Owners may stay with their pets in the baggage area if they wish.

Passengers who are 7-9 months pregnant are not permitted to travel unless they can provide a physician’s letter stating they are fit to travel.

Passengers under the age of 17 are not allowed to travel alone.

Sick passengers are required to present a medical certificate from a qualified health professional, confirming their fitness for sea travel before boarding.
