Elmer Balbin Jr.
Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The architect behind Pamasahe’s tech stack and hailing from Bacolod City, Elmer is a software developer with years of experience in web and mobile development. Elmer likes to work fast, and when he’s not building applications in his free time, he teaches programming to aspiring developers and enjoys traveling around with his laptop and camera.

Farah Morada
Co-Founder & Chief Content Officer (CCO)
Farah Morada is a passionate traveler who believes in exploring her home country first. After having been to all 82 provinces in the Philippines, she wanted to make travel easier and more accessible through Pamasahe, helping others avoid the challenges she faced in the past. Her next adventure is to complete ASEAN 11 (current count: 7) and Australia’s 6 states (current count: 2). Ultimately, Farah dreams of visiting the rest of the world.

With a passion for connecting people and places, Elle leads Pamasahe’s marketing efforts to ensure every traveler finds the best routes with ease. Bringing expertise in branding and digital strategy, Elle is dedicated to making Pamasahe the go-to travel companion for commuters and explorers alike. When not crafting campaigns, Elle enjoys discovering new destinations and immersing in local cultures or simply, spending the day with her daughter.

The creative mind behind Pamasahe’s logo and soothing colors, Joanne loves all things beautiful, whether found in nature or human-made creations. Our Story
Pamasahe is a revamped version of Ports & Ferries, one of Elmer’s first travel blog sites, launched in 2019. After the pandemic, we saw an opportunity to create something even better—a dedicated platform designed to provide the most comprehensive travel information.
Launched in February 2025, Pamasahe was built with this vision in mind. We wanted a name that truly represented what we offer. “Pamasahe”, the Filipino (Tagalog) word for “fare,” perfectly captures our mission of helping travelers find accurate, detailed information on fares, schedules, and other essential travel data.
