Accommodations

OceanJet offers three types of accommodations for its passengers: Open Air, Tourist Class, and Business Class. Passengers who choose Open Air will be seated in the top area of the vessel, while Tourist Class passengers are seated at the lower deck. Only Tourist Class and Business Class are air-conditioned.

Baggage Policy (Effective February 6, 2026)

OceanJet has implemented an updated baggage policy to ensure smoother boarding and improved safety for all passengers.

Free Baggage Allowance

Important: Valuables such as gadgets, jewelry, important documents, and medicines should always be kept as hand-carry items.

Excess Baggage Charges (Per Kilo)

Excess baggage will be charged per kilo depending on the route and total weight.

Note: Fragile items are charged based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) and are not included in the free baggage allowance.

Reminders for Online Booking

• It is required for passengers to present their valid ID upon check-in. No ID to present, no check-in.
• The ticket is non-transferable. The presented valid ID must match the passenger’s name encoded on the ticket.
• Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure time.
• A PRINTED hard copy of the ticket emailed to you must be presented upon check-in.
• Each passenger is allowed to bring one (1) hand-carried baggage upon check-in.
• Bringing pets is allowed if they are securely placed inside a cage. A permit from the Bureau of Quarantine must be presented upon check-in.
• Open-Air tickets for all passenger types are non-refundable.
• Discounted fares for senior citizens, PWDs, students, and children are not available online. Please purchase tickets at ticketing offices to avail of these discounts.
• For online booking refunds, 40% will be deducted from the ticket value, whether for departed or upcoming voyages.
