Pet Cage: The pet must be properly secured in a cage while on board.

Jomalia Shipping Lines prohibits passengers in their 7th-9th of pregnancy from traveling, requiring passengers to produce a physician’s letter stating their fitness to travel.

Jomalia Shipping Lines does not allow unaccompanied minors to travel; a minor must be accompanied by an adult who can present documents proving their affinity to the minor and consent for the child to travel. The adult purchasing the ticket is responsible for providing this documentation, and a birth certificate can be used for minors.

Jomalia Shipping requires a medical certificate issued at least five days before departure, attesting to the passenger’s fitness for sea travel, and a signed waiver to be submitted upon boarding. Passengers with serious conditions, especially those requiring life support or who are non-ambulatory, must be accompanied by a licensed nurse or doctor. The company reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers deemed a risk to health or safety.
