Arrive at least one hour before departure; gates close 30 minutes prior. Ticket vouchers must be exchanged at least an hour before sailing, and a valid ID is required to board.

A valid government-issued ID such as SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG is required at boarding. NSO certificates and police clearances are accepted; minors may present a birth certificate.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Evaristo & Sons Sea Transport allows pets onboard, provided they are secured in appropriate cages throughout the journey. Passengers must present a valid rabies vaccination certificate as proof of immunization. Additionally, a travel permit issued by a designated quarantine office is required for pet transport. To ensure a smooth experience, it is strongly recommended to coordinate directly with the shipping company to confirm any specific protocols or additional requirements related to traveling with pets.

Pregnant women may be allowed to board Evaristo & Sons ferries under certain conditions. Those in their eighth month must present a valid doctor’s certificate confirming they are fit to travel and are required to sign a waiver. However, boarding may be restricted during rough sea conditions. Generally, passengers who are seven to nine months pregnant will only be permitted to sail if they can provide a physician’s letter attesting to their fitness for sea travel.

Passengers under 17 are not allowed to travel alone. Child fares apply to ages 4–9, while infants (0–3) travel without a seat. A copy of the child’s ID is required for fare validation.

Sick passengers are required to present a medical certificate attesting to their fitness for sea travel.
