It’s advised to be at the port 3-4 hours prior to departure to allow time for baggage inspection and other boarding procedures. Passengers should also ensure they have a printed copy of their ticket (itinerary) before boarding.

Passengers must present a printed eTicket and valid ID; failure to do so may result in denied boarding.

Each passenger is entitled to bring up to 50kg of baggage.

Passengers needing to reschedule should contact 2GO in advance for assistance. Unused tickets may be refunded or revalidated within their validity, subject to applicable fees.

Tickets are non-transferable.

eTickets are valid only until the indicated departure date and cannot be transferred.

• Pets (3.5 months and older) are allowed on most vessels.
• Must be caged (owner provides cage).
• Requirements: Veterinary Health Certificate (valid 3 days), rabies vaccination (14 days–1 year old), and Bureau of Animal Industry shipping permit (valid 7 days).
• Pets stay in a designated area (not in passenger cabins); owners may visit and feed them.
• Payment for Bill of Lading is made at the pier, based on cage size.
• Passengers with pets must arrive 6 hours before departure; acceptance is first-come, first-served.
• 2GO also offers unaccompanied pet transport with onboard handlers.

Women who are more than 24 weeks pregnant may be denied passage on the vessel. Pregnant passengers who are less than 24 weeks pregnant must execute a waiver holding the carrier harmless for any injury to the passenger or her unborn child, unless it’s due to the carrier’s negligence. They must also present a medical certificate confirming their fitness to travel.

A parent or guardian must endorse the minor at the port of departure and provide necessary documentation, including valid IDs and contact information. The minor will be interviewed, and if allowed to board, a waiver must be signed by the parent/guardian. Upon arrival, the minor will only be released to the designated guardian/parent upon presentation of valid identification.

2GO requires sick passengers to present a medical certificate confirming their fitness to travel upon boarding. The certificate must state that they are fit to undertake the designated voyage on their ticket. 2GO may refuse boarding if a passenger’s health condition poses a risk to themselves or others. Passengers with disabilities, mental disorders, or visible medical conditions must also have a legal-aged travel companion and a medical certificate.
