Key Policies:
Check-in: Passengers must present a printed e-voucher at the ticketing office and arrive at least 3 hours before departure. Boarding closes 30 minutes before sailing. Valid photo ID is required, especially for those availing discounts. Starlite may deny boarding to passengers who arrive less than 1 hour before departure.
Baggage: Paying passengers aged 12 and above are entitled to a 50kg baggage allowance. Excess baggage is charged at ₱10 per kilogram. For vehicle transport, OR and CR must be presented.
Rebooking: Tickets may be rebooked before or after the original trip schedule. Only the date and time may be changed—route changes are not allowed.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in designated areas. Passengers must declare pets and provide a cage, vaccination records, and a travel permit from the Bureau of Quarantine. Pets are not allowed in accommodation areas.
