Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and missed trips are non-refundable. Rebooking may be offered based on availability.

Baggage (Allowance, Excess, Unclaimed)
Each passenger is allowed up to 25kg of baggage; excess weight may incur additional charges. Passengers should label their bags with contact details, and secure storage is available onboard.
Refunds and Rebooking
Refunds or rebookings can be processed at the original point of purchase with the ticket and valid ID, subject to a 10% rebooking fee. No refunds are allowed after the vessel has departed.
Trips canceled due to weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen events may be rescheduled for the next day or refunded in full. If opting out of rebooking, passengers must return their ticket at the port and submit refund requests by email within 5 days. Additional expenses from cancellations are not covered.

Ticket Validity
Tickets bought from authorized Atienza Interisland Ferries outlets or terminals are valid for one year from the purchase date. They may be revalidated once for travel within that period.

Allowed Animals: Pets and other non-endangered animals are permitted.
Caging: All animals must be securely caged.
Cargo Area: Animals will be placed in the vessel’s designated cargo section.
Quarantine Certificate: A valid certificate from the Bureau of Animal Industry is required.
Liability: Atienza Interisland Ferries assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss, illness, or death of animals during transit.
Pregnancy
Pregnant women who are 16 weeks pregnant or less are allowed to travel.
Unaccompanied Minors
Unaccompanied minors (children 17 years old and below) are not allowed to travel, unless they are accompanied by a parent.
Sick Passengers
Sick passengers are required to present a medical certificate upon boarding, attesting to their fitness to travel.
