Valid ID: All passengers must present a valid government-issued ID upon boarding.
Solo Travel: Passengers under 17 years old are not allowed to travel alone.
Sick Passengers: A medical certificate is required for passengers with health conditions, confirming they are fit to travel.
Refusal of Boarding: Lite Ferries may deny boarding to individuals who pose a safety or health risk to other passengers or the vessel.
Unfinished Voyages: In case of interrupted trips, Lite Ferries may transport passengers to their destination at its discretion or provide a refund.
