Passengers are advised to arrive at least 1 hour before their scheduled departure.

Valid documents are required for boarding, missing documents may result in delays.

For e-tickets, printed tickets are required, but the confirmation email does not need to be printed.

FF Cruz Shipping provides a baggage allowance of up to 50 kilograms for 2nd class (both non-aircon and aircon) and tourist passengers. Those traveling in cabin or private room accommodations are permitted up to 100 kilograms. Any baggage exceeding these limits will be considered cargo and will incur additional charges.

Refunds or modifications are not allowed.

Changes to passenger names are not allowed once booking is confirmed.

Tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Visually impaired passengers may travel with guide dogs.

FF Cruz Shipping allows pets on board as long as they are safely secured in cages and accompanied by the necessary documentation. This includes a rabies vaccination certificate and a travel permit issued by the appropriate quarantine office. Passengers are strongly encouraged to coordinate with the shipping company in advance to confirm any additional requirements or procedures for bringing pets aboard.

Passengers who are between 29 weeks and nine months pregnant are generally not allowed to travel. Those who are up to 28 weeks pregnant may be permitted to board, provided they present a medical certificate issued at least a day before departure. The certificate must confirm their fitness for sea travel and clearly indicate the date of the scheduled trip.

Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to travel.

Wheelchair-friendly vehicles are available for passengers with mobility needs.

Walk-in passengers with vehicles are accepted based on available space.

Bicycles and motorbikes are accepted for transport with an added fee, assessed at the port.

Eating and drinking are allowed during the trip.
