- Passengers with pets must arrive 6 hours before departure; acceptance is first-come, first-served.

Pregnancy
Women who are more than 24 weeks pregnant may be denied passage on the vessel. Pregnant passengers who are less than 24 weeks pregnant must execute a waiver holding the carrier harmless for any injury to the passenger or her unborn child, unless it’s due to the carrier’s negligence. They must also present a medical certificate confirming their fitness to travel.
Unaccompanied Minors
A parent or guardian must endorse the minor at the port of departure and provide necessary documentation, including valid IDs and contact information. The minor will be interviewed, and if allowed to board, a waiver must be signed by the parent/guardian. Upon arrival, the minor will only be released to the designated guardian/parent upon presentation of valid identification.
Sick Passengers
2GO requires sick passengers to present a medical certificate confirming their fitness to travel upon boarding. The certificate must state that they are fit to undertake the designated voyage on their ticket. 2GO may refuse boarding if a passenger’s health condition poses a risk to themselves or others. Passengers with disabilities, mental disorders, or visible medical conditions must also have a legal-aged travel companion and a medical certificate.
