Tickets are non-transferable.

An ALD Sea Transport ticket is valid only for the specific date of travel it was purchased for. You must use it on the date indicated on the ticket; otherwise, it will become void.

ALD Sea Transport’s pet policy requires pets to be in a cage, and an additional fee, determined at the terminal, must be paid.

ALD Sea Transport’s policy for pregnant employees is based on Philippine law, which mandates 105 days of expanded maternity leave with full pay for female workers in the private sector, in addition to specific safety guidelines for working at sea.

• Proof of age: Must be presented for both infants and minors (e.g., birth certificate, ID).
• Adult accompaniment: Minors and infants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Authorization letter: If a guardian, not a parent, is accompanying the child, a signed authorization letter from the parent is required

ALD Sea Transport requires sick passengers to present a medical certificate confirming their fitness to travel by boat on the sailing date.

Drivers must present the RVT, valid OR/CR, and driver’s license. Vehicles must arrive 1 hour before short trips and 5 hours before long-haul departures. Refunds are subject to rebooking timelines.
