Sick Passengers
Jomalia Shipping requires a medical certificate issued at least five days before departure, attesting to the passenger’s fitness for sea travel, and a signed waiver to be submitted upon boarding. Passengers with serious conditions, especially those requiring life support or who are non-ambulatory, must be accompanied by a licensed nurse or doctor. The company reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers deemed a risk to health or safety.
