Passengers should arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure for check-in, security screening, and vehicle loading.

All passengers must present a valid ID. Travel between Negros Oriental (Tampi or Sibulan) and Cebu Island (Bato, Samboan, or Liloan, Santander) may require supporting documents depending on port protocols.

2nd class and tourist class passengers are allowed 2 pieces of baggage with a combined volume of up to 0.05 cubic meters or 100 kg.
