Aznar Shipping cancels early morning trips between Bogo and Palompon due to rough seas

Aznar Shipping Corporation has officially announced the cancellation of several ferry trips scheduled for March 15, 2026, citing dangerous sea conditions brought on by the strong northeast monsoon.
Affected voyages
- Polambato, Bogo City to Palompon, Leyte: 1:00 AM trip cancelled.
- Palompon, Leyte to Polambato, Bogo City: 6:30 AM trip cancelled.
The maritime operator confirmed that while the early morning services are suspended, operations are expected to resume later in the day. The scheduled 10:00 AM voyage from Polambato to Palompon and the 2:00 PM departure from Palompon to Polambato are currently set to proceed as planned, pending further weather assessments.

Passengers affected by the cancellations are advised to seek alternative routes to reach their destinations.
