Clemer Lines passenger and cargo rates to increase starting March 12

Filipinos availing of ferry services and those sending cargo will soon face increased rates as a major shipping company announces a fare hike effective March 12, 2026. The adjustment is attributed to the significant impact of global fuel price increases on operational costs.
New fare matrix released
The company, through a recent online announcement, detailed the revised passage and cargo rates, encompassing various passenger categories and motorcycle types. Travelers are advised to take note of the updated prices:
- Regular passengers: ₱450
- Students: ₱360
- Seniors and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs): ₱320
- Children: ₱225
Motorcycle rates
- Motorcycles 125cc and below: ₱1,350
- Motorcycles 150cc and above: ₱1,450
Note: Motorcycle rates include the driver.
The announcement emphasized that the global surge in fuel prices has considerably affected the company’s operational expenses, necessitating the fare adjustment to maintain service quality and sustainability.
Commuters and cargo senders are encouraged to plan their travels and shipments accordingly to account for the upcoming changes.
The company expressed its gratitude for the public’s understanding regarding this necessary measure.
