EB Aznar Shipping Lines requires passengers to check in at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

A valid government-issued ID such as SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG is required at boarding. NSO certificates and police clearances are accepted; minors may present a birth certificate.

EB Aznar Shipping Lines typically permits passengers to bring a limited amount of baggage at no extra cost. Those in 2nd class and tourist accommodations may carry two pieces with a combined volume of up to 0.05 cubic meters or a total weight of 100 kilograms. Passengers in private rooms or cabins are allowed twice the number of pieces, though the size limit remains the same. Any baggage exceeding the allowance is considered cargo and subject to additional charges.

Refunds: Full refunds may be granted for trip cancellations due to weather or maintenance, but typically only the base fare is refundable,other fees like service charges are not. Refunds are processed on weekdays (excluding holidays) and are not available for lost tickets. If purchased at an outlet, refunds must be requested at the same location.

Rebooking: Passengers may rebook their trips, though this often comes with rebooking fees, especially if done after the original departure date. Changes are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed if requested late. If the trip is canceled by the shipping line, rebooking may be done without surcharges, pending coordination.

Tickets are non-transferable.

E-tickets have a validity period, and refund or rebooking requests may not be honored after the ticket has expired.

Passengers who are 7 -9 months pregnant are not allowed to travel. Passengers between 1-6 months pregnant are required to present a medica certificate from a physician, issued at least one day prior to the departure date, confirming their fitness to travel.

Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to travel.
