Passengers should check in at least two hours before the scheduled departure time. Failure to check in 30 minutes before departure may result in the cancellation of the ticket and the accommodation offered to another passenger.

A valid government-issued ID such as SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG is required at boarding.

Passengers in 2nd class and tourist accommodations can bring two pieces of baggage with a combined size of up to 0.05 cubic meters or 100 kilograms.

Refunds and rebookings are available within 15 days from the ticket purchase date. To process these, passengers need to visit the nearest Roble Shipping ticketing office, not ticketing agencies. If the ticket was purchased at an agency, the refund or rebooking must be done at the same agency.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Roble Shipping allows pets onboard for an extra fee if they are in secure cages and have a travel permit from the City Veterinary Office or Bureau of Animal Industry. Pets are kept in designated areas—usually the baggage section—and not in passenger accommodations. Passengers may accompany their pets in the baggage area, but emotional support animals are not permitted.

Pregnant passengers under 28 weeks may travel on Roble Shipping with a valid medical certificate stating fitness for sea travel, the departure date, and a signed waiver. Those 29 weeks and beyond are not allowed. Passengers are responsible for the authenticity of the certificate, and Roble reserves the right to deny boarding for misrepresentation.

Minors Traveling Alone: Must present a notarized parental or guardian consent letter, a copy of the parent/guardian’s valid ID, the minor’s valid ID (school ID, passport, or birth certificate), and the contact number of the parent/guardian.
Minors with a Companion: Must have a notarized travel consent letter from the parent or guardian indicating the minor’s name, the companion’s name, travel destination, and travel dates.

A medical clearance certificate is required for those with serious health conditions, such as recent surgery or ongoing chemotherapy.
