Passengers must arrive at least one hour before departure; boarding gates close 30 minutes before sailing.

All passengers must present a valid government-issued ID upon boarding.

If your baggage exceeds 15 kg, extra charges may apply depending on the route and terminal policies.

Cancellations requested more than 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding fees, with a photocopy of a valid ID required.

In case of interrupted trips, Lite Ferries may transport passengers to their destination at its discretion or provide a refund.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Lite Ferries tickets are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.

Pets must be securely caged and are only allowed in designated areas, not in passenger accommodations. Travelers must present a Bureau of Quarantine travel permit, veterinary health certificate, and vaccination records. A transport fee applies and may vary by route. For safety, trained crew oversee pet welfare during the trip. Advance booking is recommended to ensure compliance with route-specific protocols.

Lite Ferries requires pregnant women to present a medical certificate from a physician stating their fitness to travel if they are 7-9 months pregnant. For those below 6 months pregnant, pre-natal records can be presented instead. It’s also recommended that expectant mothers seek advice from their doctors before any sea travel.

Passengers under 17 years old are not allowed to travel alone.

A medical certificate is required for passengers with health conditions, confirming they are fit to travel.
