Marina Ferries, Inc., an affiliate of the established Montenegro Shipping Lines Incorporated, has announced a recruitment drive for maritime professionals to join its fleet operations. The shipping company is actively seeking qualified individuals to fill the roles of Ordinary Seaman and Oiler.

Qualifications and eligibility

To ensure high standards of safety and service for the traveling public, the company has set the following criteria for prospective applicants:

  • Applicants must be male.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Candidates must possess valid certifications for Crowd and Crisis Management and DCOC.

Documentary requirements

Interested parties are required to prepare a complete set of documents for their application, including:

  • Two (2) pieces of 2×2 photograph with a white background.
  • A comprehensive Resume or Bio-Data.
  • Educational credentials, such as a Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR).
  • Latest NBI Clearance and PSA Birth Certificate.
  • Government identification numbers for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
