OceanJet cancelled trips from October 1 to 15, 2026

OceanJet has announced the continued cancellation of several key trip schedules across the Visayas and Luzon regions from October 01 to 15, 2026. The ferry operator cited ongoing operational adjustments, efficiency measures, and global fuel conservation as the primary reasons for the extended suspension.

According to the management, the adjustments are necessary to respond to the continuing volatility in global fuel prices driven by ongoing conflicts in the Middle East. To optimize vessel capacity, affected passengers are being accommodated on earlier scheduled departures.

Affected routes and schedules

The following trips remain cancelled during the advisory period:

• Siquijor – Dumaguete at 6:40 am
• Dumaguete – Tagbilaran at 7:40 am
• Tagbilaran – Cebu at 10:00 am
• Cebu – Tagbilaran at 12:20 pm and 6:40 pm
• Tagbilaran – Siquijor at 2:40 pm
• Siquijor – Dumaguete at 4:40 pm
• Dumaguete – Siquijor at 5:30 pm
• Tagbilaran – Cebu at 6:30 pm
• All Calapan – Batangas V.V. trips
