Sea travelers heading to and from the provinces of Oriental and Occidental Mindoro can now expect regular services to return as Starhorse Shipping Lines, Inc. announced the resumption of its ferry operations on July 10, 2026.
In a travel advisory issued at 8:00 AM, the shipping operator confirmed that vessels serving key maritime corridors from Batangas have returned to their standard schedules following previous disruptions. The restoration of services aims to provide commuters and cargo transporters with reliable connectivity across the Verde Island Passage.
Restored ferry routes
As of the latest update, the following routes have officially resumed regular operations:
- Batangas to Calapan (v.v.)
- Batangas to Abra de Ilog (v.v.)
Starhorse Shipping Lines reminded the public that while operations are back to normal, sailing schedules remain subject to change without prior notice. These adjustments may occur due to technical circumstances or prevailing weather conditions to ensure the safety of all passengers and crew members.
