Passengers must present a printed e-voucher at the ticketing office and arrive at least 3 hours before departure. Boarding closes 30 minutes before sailing. Starlite may deny boarding to passengers who arrive less than 1 hour before departure.

ID Requirements

Valid photo ID is required, especially for those availing discounts.

Baggage (Allowance, Excess, Unclaimed)

Paying passengers aged 12 and above are entitled to a 50kg baggage allowance. Excess baggage is charged at ₱10 per kilogram.

Refunds and Rebooking

Tickets may be rebooked before or after the original trip schedule. Only the date and time may be changed—route changes are not allowed.

Ticket Validity

  • Must be caged
  • Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation area of the pet owner. Each vessel has an allocated area for pets.

  • Dogs (medium / large) more than 20 lbs e.g. shepherds, hounds, huskies, retrievers, poodles, terriers etc.
    • Short Haul Rate – 350 per head
    • Long Haul Rate – 700 per head

Pregnancy

Passenger who is 6 months pregnant is still allowed to travel provided that a fitness to travel is acquired from a physician or an OB-Gyne and the waiver provided by the company is accomplished. Passenger who is 7 to 9 months pregnant are no longer allowed to travel.

Unaccompanied Minors

Passenger who is below 17 years of age is not allowed to travel alone.

Sick Passengers

Medical Certificate from a physician must be acquired indicating that the sick passenger is fit to travel via sea. In worse cases, a sick passenger must be accompanied by a medical practitioner and complete the waiver provided by the company.
