Clemer Shipping Lines announces fare and cargo rate adjustments effective September 25, 2026

Commuters traveling between Getafe and Cebu, Pier 1 will face higher travel costs starting this week as Clemer Shipping Lines implements an upward adjustment on its passenger and motorcycle fares.

According to the shipping operator, the revised rate sheet takes effect this September 25, 2026. The management cited the continued rise in global fuel prices as the primary driver behind the adjustment, noting that the increase is necessary to sustain daily operations and ensure the delivery of safe and reliable sea travel.

Updated passenger fare rates

Passengers will see varying increases depending on their classification, with mandatory statutory discounts for students, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities remaining in place:

• Regular passenger: ₱450
• Student: ₱360
• Senior Citizen / PWD: ₱320
• Child: ₱225

Motorcycle transport rates

Rates for rolling cargo, specifically motorcycles inclusive of the driver’s passage, have likewise been restructured according to engine displacement categories:

• 125cc and below: ₱1,350
• 150cc: ₱1,450
• 200cc and above: ₱1,950

Regular trip schedule

Clemer Shipping Lines maintains its regular daily voyages between Bohol and Cebu to accommodate daily commuters and traders. Trips from Getafe to Cebu, Pier 1 depart at 6:15 AM and 1:15 PM. Meanwhile, return trips from Cebu, Pier 1 to Getafe are scheduled at 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
