Island Water suspends Batangas-Pola trips for preventive maintenance from April 18 to 23

Island Water, operated by Shogun Ships Co., Inc., has issued a travel advisory announcing the temporary suspension of its MV Island Pandan 2 services between Batangas and Pola, Oriental Mindoro. The cancellation, which spans from April 18 to 23, 2026, is intended to facilitate scheduled preventive maintenance on the vessel.

Affected schedule

Passengers are advised that the following scheduled trips have been cancelled:

• Batangas Port (7:00 AM): April 18, 20, and 22, 2026
• Pola Port (8:00 AM): April 19, 21, and 23, 2026

Resumption of operations

The ferry service is projected to resume its regular operations on April 25, 2026 (Saturday). The first trip of the resumption will depart from Batangas Port at 7:00 AM bound for Pola.
