OceanJet cancels select Cebu, Getafe, and Palompon trips for preventive maintenance

Fast craft operator OceanJet has issued a travel advisory announcing the cancellation of several trip schedules from June 17 to 21, 2026. The suspension of services is attributed to ongoing preventive maintenance being conducted on the vessel to ensure passenger safety and operational reliability.
Affected schedules
The following trips scheduled from June 17 to 20, 2026, are officially cancelled:
- Getafe to Cebu: 6:30 AM
- Cebu to Palompon: 10:00 AM
- Palompon to Cebu: 1:30 PM
- Cebu to Getafe: 6:45 PM
Additionally, for June 21, 2026, the following trip remains cancelled:
- Getafe to Cebu: 6:30 AM
Guidelines for affected passengers
OceanJet has confirmed that all passengers affected by these cancellations are entitled to a full refund or a no-charge rescheduling of their trips. Travelers who wish to process their rebooking or refund immediately are advised to visit the nearest OceanJet ticketing office.
