Fastcraft operator OceanJet has announced the temporary suspension of specific evening voyages between Cebu and Getafe scheduled from September 6 to 14, 2026. The disruption is attributed to extreme low tide conditions and negative sea water levels that render docking and undocking operations unsafe at the newly developed berth of Getafe Port.

Affected trip schedules

  • Cebu to Getafe: 5:00 PM daily
  • Getafe to Cebu: 6:45 PM daily

Management has assured the riding public that affected passengers may process their ticket rebooking or refunds without penalty. Transactions can be completed directly through any authorized ticketing office or online via the official website at oceanjet.net/manage-booking.

Customer support and assistance

For urgent inquiries, clarifications, and further assistance regarding the revised itineraries, travelers are advised to reach out through the official OceanJet Facebook page at www.facebook.com/oceanjet or contact the customer service hotline at (032) 255 7560.

Passengers planning to travel within the advisory period are strongly encouraged to monitor official channels for real-time updates regarding sea conditions and port operations.
