SeaCat to resume Cebu-Catbalogan via Naval route starting April 30, 2026

Travelers bound for Samar and Biliran have a reason to celebrate as SeaCat by GRAND Ferries has officially announced the resumption of its Cebu to Catbalogan via Naval route. The service is scheduled to return on April 30, 2026, reinstating a vital maritime link between Cebu City and Eastern Visayas.
