Roble Shipping Inc. opens recruitment for deck officers and company drivers

Cebu-based maritime operator Roble Shipping Inc. has announced an immediate call for job seekers to join its crew. As of April 22, 2026, the company is looking for qualified individuals to fill the roles of Deck Officer (Second Mate) and Company Driver to support its mission of providing joyful and efficient sea travel across the region.
According to the shipping line, all primary interviews will be conducted at the Cebu Main Office. Interested candidates are encouraged to prepare their documentation for the following positions:
Deck Officer (Second Mate)
The company is seeking male or female applicants, at least 23 years old, who are MARINA License Holders (OIC, Major Patron, and/or Minor Patron). Candidates must be ISM-oriented and demonstrate excellent crisis management and leadership skills.
- Key Requirements: Application Letter, Resume with 2×2 picture (with corresponding shoulder board), Diploma/Certificate of Completion, Live Birth Certificate, Drug and Medical Test Results, Board Certificate, MARINA License, Basic Training, D-COC/COC, SIRB, and CCM.
Company Driver
The role for Company Driver is open to male applicants with a Professional Driver’s License and a clean driving record. Applicants must have knowledge of basic automotive maintenance and be willing to be assigned in Leyte.
- Key Requirements: Application Letter, Resume with 2×2 picture (white background), Live Birth Certificate, Drug Test Result, Medical Test Result, NBI Clearance, TIN, SSS, Philhealth, and PAG-IBIG.
