Check-In Time
Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure to complete check-in at the Seacat Ferry Counter. Boarding gates close 30 minutes prior to departure. Late passengers will not be accommodated.
ID Requirements
A valid ID matching the passenger’s name on the ticket is required for boarding.
Baggage (Allowance, Excess, Unclaimed)
Passengers are allowed up to 15kg of baggage free of charge.
Refunds and Rebooking
Cancellations made before departure may incur a 20% refund fee or 10% rebooking fee. After departure or in case of no-show, a 50% refund and 20% rebooking fee apply.
Transferrable / Non-transferrable Tickets
Name changes can be made for a fee—20% before departure and 50% after.
Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid for the specific date and time indicated on the ticket.
Pets
All animals/pets will be accepted as cargo. Emotional/Support Dog will NOT be permitted for travel. Pets traveling MUST always be in cage. Traveling permits (from the City Veterinary Office) MUST be secured by the owner prior to the date of travel.
Pregnancy
An expectant mother will NOT be accepted for travel if she is beyond 24 weeks (6 months) pregnant UNLESS there is a medical clearance for travel from her physician.
Unaccompanied Minors
Minors are not allowed to travel alone.
Sick Passengers
Sick passengers need to present a medical certificate.
