2GO Travel updates multiple trip schedules due to operational concerns and typhoon “Basyang”

2GO Travel has issued a consolidated travel advisory that includes the updated departure schedules of various ships. This applies to certain trips of MV 2GO Masikap (MSK5 Voyage 11) and MV 2GO Masagana (MSN12 Voyage 14), while other trips of MV 2GO Masinag (MNG Voyage 10) have been moved.
As per the travel advisory, the changes were implemented due to certain operational concerns and the effects of Typhoon “Basyang.” Passengers who are scheduled to travel on the said trips are advised to check the new departure schedules.

Passengers booked on MV 2GO Masinag (MNG Voyage 10) are also covered by the updated advisory, with the Cebu to Manila sailing transferred to another vessel. But only passengers who purchased tickets before February 12 are eligible for automatic transfer to MSN12 voyage 14.

2GO Travel has confirmed that all passengers affected were notified through SMS using the mobile number given during the time of booking. Passengers are also advised that tickets must be replaced at the port on the day of departure before boarding, and their bunk assignments may also be changed due to ship transfers.
Passengers can opt to ask for a refund or rebook their tickets within the validity period. Refunds, revalidation, or rebooking can be done at the outlet where the ticket was purchased or at any 2GO Corporate Ticketing Outlet, upon presenting the unused tickets and valid identification.
