SeaCat by VS Grand Ferries has announced upcoming adjustments to its fare rates and travel schedules, citing the persistent increase in fuel prices and rising operational costs. The management stated that the decision was necessary to maintain the safety, speed, and reliability of their maritime services.
New fare rates effective April 4
Beginning April 4, 2026, passengers traveling on selected SeaCat routes will be subject to a minimal fare adjustment. The updated one-way rates per person are as follows:

Trip cancellations for Cebu-Catbalogan route
In addition to the fare updates, the ferry operator also issued a service advisory regarding its Cebu to Catbalogan via Naval (and vice versa) route. Effective April 11, 2026, all trips for this specific route will be temporarily cancelled.
