2GO Travel announces vessel transfers and updated schedule for April voyages

Sea travelers are advised of significant changes in the voyage schedules of 2GO Travel for early April. Citing operational concerns, the shipping company has announced updated vessel assignments and departure times for routes involving Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, and Bacolod.

Passengers originally booked on MV 2GO Masinag (MNG voyage 21) and MV St Michael the Archangel (SMA12 voyage 28) will be transferred to alternative vessels as follows:

Important reminders for passengers
The shipping line emphasizes that affected passengers must have their tickets replaced at the port on the day of their trip prior to boarding. 2GO noted that bunk assignments may change due to vessel transfers, and some accommodations have been cancelled as a result of the operational changes.
- Refunds and Rebooking: Passengers may opt for a full refund or rebook their tickets within the validity period. Surcharges for refund, revalidation, and no-show fees are currently waived for those downgraded due to the unavailability of their original accommodation.
- Processing Requirements: Transactions can be handled at the original point of purchase or any 2GO Corporate Ticketing Outlet. Passengers must present their unused tickets and a valid identification card.
- Notifications: SMS alerts have been sent to the mobile numbers provided during the booking process.
