Important reminders for passengers

The shipping line emphasizes that affected passengers must have their tickets replaced at the port on the day of their trip prior to boarding. 2GO noted that bunk assignments may change due to vessel transfers, and some accommodations have been cancelled as a result of the operational changes.

  • Refunds and Rebooking: Passengers may opt for a full refund or rebook their tickets within the validity period. Surcharges for refund, revalidation, and no-show fees are currently waived for those downgraded due to the unavailability of their original accommodation.
  • Processing Requirements: Transactions can be handled at the original point of purchase or any 2GO Corporate Ticketing Outlet. Passengers must present their unused tickets and a valid identification card.
  • Notifications: SMS alerts have been sent to the mobile numbers provided during the booking process.

For further assistance, travelers may contact the support team via email at [email protected]. 2GO Travel apologized for the inconvenience caused by these adjustments, reiterating that passenger safety remains the company’s top priority.
