Gabisan Shipping Lines cancels MV Gloria G-1 trips on June 10 due to maintenance

Gabisan Shipping Lines Inc. has issued a travel advisory announcing the cancellation of scheduled trips for MV Gloria G-1 on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The disruption is necessary to facilitate scheduled preventive maintenance on the vessel.
Affected Trip Schedules
- 8:30 AM – Hilongos to Cebu
- 2:00 PM – Cebu to Hilongos
The shipping operator confirmed that the maintenance work is slated to take place across Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure the continued safety and reliability of the vessel’s operations. Normal trip resumption will be announced following the completion of the technical checks.
Refund and Rebooking Policy
In response to the cancellation, Gabisan Shipping Lines is offering affected passengers the following options at no additional cost:
- Free Trip Rebooking: Passengers may reschedule their travel to a later date without paying surcharge fees.
- Free Ticket Refunds: Passengers who choose not to travel may request a full refund of their ticket price.
To avail of these options, passengers are required to present a valid ID, preferably one featuring their signature, at any official Gabisan Shipping Lines ticketing outlet. The company expressed its gratitude for the public’s continued understanding and support during this maintenance period.
