LTFRB imposes 30-day suspension on select Victory Liner routes

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has implemented a 30-day preventive suspension on several major routes operated by Victory Liner, Inc. The order comes as the agency conducts a thorough investigation into recent road incidents and awaits the submission of mandatory safety documentation.
In an official statement released by the bus company, Victory Liner confirmed its compliance with the LTFRB mandate, affecting several high-traffic corridors in Northern and Central Luzon. The suspension is intended to allow for a comprehensive review of the company’s operational safety protocols.
Affected Routes
The temporary suspension specifically covers the following routes:
- Dagupan-Baguio
- PITX-Tuguegarao
- Sta. Cruz, Zambales-Baguio
Victory Liner expressed its sincerest apologies to the thousands of commuters—including workers, students, families, and tourists—who depend on these services daily. The management acknowledged the significant inconvenience and delay the suspension will cause to the traveling public and the local economies served by these lines.

The transport giant also took the opportunity to extend its deepest condolences to the families of passengers affected by previous incidents and offered prayers for the swift recovery of those injured. The company emphasized that they are fully cooperating with the LTFRB and other government agencies to meet all regulatory requirements.
