The new route is scheduled to begin operations on Friday, April 24, 2026, offering a critical link for both local travelers and cargo logistics in the region.
The service will be spearheaded by the vessel M/V Maria Erlinda, according to the announcement from the company’s Zamboanga Satellite Office. This strategic addition aims to provide a reliable and consistent maritime connection between the bustling hub of Zamboanga and the southernmost province of the Philippines, known for its pristine island destinations and rich cultural heritage.

To accommodate the needs of commuters and business owners, Montenegro Shipping Lines has established a bi-weekly schedule for both legs of the journey:
