Maritime transport operator OceanJet has announced the cancellation of several key vessel schedules spanning August 30 to 31, 2026, citing necessary operational adjustments and fuel conservation measures.
The changes come in response to the continuing volatility in global fuel prices driven by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. To maintain efficient operations and maximize vessel capacity, affected passengers will be systematically accommodated on earlier scheduled departures.
Cancelled trip schedules
The following routes and times are affected by the recent travel advisory issued by OceanJet:
- Siquijor to Dumaguete: 6:40 AM
- Dumaguete to Tagbilaran: 7:40 AM
- Tagbilaran to Cebu: 10:00 AM
- Cebu to Tagbilaran: 12:20 PM
- Tagbilaran to Siquijor: 2:40 PM
- Siquijor to Dumaguete: 4:40 PM
- Dumaguete to Siquijor: 5:30 PM
