OceanJet cancels Iloilo-Bacolod trips on April 12 for urgent vessel maintenance

Fast craft operator OceanJet has issued an urgent travel advisory informing the public of trip cancellations between Iloilo and Bacolod today, April 12, 2026. The suspension of service is due to required urgent repair and maintenance of the vessel.

Affected Trip Schedules

Passengers scheduled for the following departures are advised of the service disruption:

  • Iloilo to Bacolod: 11:00 AM
  • Bacolod to Iloilo: 1:00 PM

Refund and Rebooking Policy

In response to the cancellation, OceanJet has announced that all affected passengers are eligible for the following options:

  • Full Refund: Travelers may claim a 100% refund of their ticket price.
  • No-Charge Rescheduling: Passengers may opt to move their departure to a later date or time without incurring additional fees.

To facilitate these requests, passengers are directed to proceed to the nearest OceanJet ticketing office for immediate processing of rebooks and refunds.
