OceanJet Cebu, Getafe, and Palompon trips remain suspended for preventive maintenance

Fast craft operator OceanJet has announced the cancellation of several trip schedules from July 4 to July 10, 2026. According to the company’s official travel advisory, the suspension of services is necessary to facilitate ongoing preventive maintenance being conducted on the vessel to ensure passenger safety.
Affected trip schedules
The following routes and time slots are cancelled from July 4 to July 9, 2026:
- Getafe to Cebu: 6:30 AM
- Cebu to Palompon: 10:00 AM
- Palompon to Cebu: 1:30 PM
- Cebu to Getafe: 6:45 PM
For July 10, 2026, only the following schedule remains cancelled:
- Getafe to Cebu: 6:30 AM
Guidelines for affected passengers
OceanJet has confirmed that all passengers affected by these maintenance-related cancellations are entitled to a full refund or a no-charge rescheduling. Those who wish to rebook or claim a refund are advised to proceed directly to the company’s ticketing offices for immediate processing.
