SeaCat by GRAND Ferries has officially announced a reduction in fare rates for its Seacat Oasis vessel, providing a more cost-effective travel option for passengers commuting between Cebu, Biliran, and Samar. The new pricing structure is part of the company’s commitment to providing a “Grander, Faster, and Safer” maritime experience at more competitive price points.
New Fare Structure for Major Routes
The adjusted fares apply to several key routes connecting the Visayas islands. Notably, the fare for a regular ticket between Cebu and Catbalogan or Cebu and Calbayog via Naval now starts at ₱2,420 for Tourist and Premium classes.

SeaCat continues to offer substantial discounts for specific passenger segments, including Students, Senior Citizens, PWDs, and Minors. To facilitate a smoother family travel experience, infants aged 0 to 23 months are permitted to travel FREE of charge.
The ferry operator emphasizes a strict “No ID, No Discount” policy. Travelers intending to avail of the discounted rates must present a valid ID upon booking and boarding. These new rates are available for immediate booking, allowing travelers to plan their next adventure to Northern Samar and Biliran with greater affordability.
