Key Policies:

Check-in: Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure to complete check-in at the Seacat Ferry Counter.
Boarding Cut-off: Boarding gates close 30 minutes prior to departure. Late passengers will not be accommodated.
Identification: A valid ID matching the passenger’s name on the ticket is required for boarding.
Luggage Allowance: Passengers are allowed up to 15kg of baggage free of charge.
Pet Policy: Pets may travel on board for an additional fee. They must be in cages and accompanied by a travel permit from the City Veterinary Office. Emotional or support animals are not permitted.
Pregnant Travelers: Those over 24 weeks pregnant must present medical clearance from a physician to be allowed to board.
Refunds and Rebookings: Cancellations made before departure may incur a 20% refund fee or 10% rebooking fee. After departure or in case of no-show, a 50% refund and 20% rebooking fee apply.
Schedule Adjustments: Seacat reserves the right to modify or cancel trips without advance notice.
Ticket Name Changes: Name changes can be made for a fee—20% before departure and 50% after.
Accessibility: Wheelchair-friendly vehicles are available, and guide dogs are allowed for visually impaired passengers.
Onboard Amenities: Snacks and drinks are available at the onboard canteen, and luggage storage areas are provided.
