Sea travelers are advised to adjust their itineraries as Starlite Ferries Inc has announced the temporary suspension of several voyages between Surigao and Cebu scheduled for early May 2026.

According to the official advisory, the cancellations are necessary to give way to the scheduled preventive maintenance of the vessel M/V Starlite Saturn. This move is part of the company’s commitment to maintaining safety standards and ensuring optimal service for its passengers.

Affected sailing schedule

The following trips have been officially cancelled:

  • May 2, 2026 | 9:00 AM: Surigao to Cebu
  • May 2, 2026 | 9:00 PM: Cebu to Surigao
  • May 3, 2026 | 9:00 AM: Surigao to Cebu
