Travelers planning to board Weesam Express vessels should take note of a new policy update regarding ticket refunds and rebooking procedures. The ferry operator, SRN Fast Seacrafts, has announced stricter guidelines that will specifically impact the Zamboanga – Isabela route.
Policy updates for passengers
Effective March 23, 2026, Weesam Express will implement the following regulations for passengers who miss their scheduled departures:
- Non-refundable tickets: All tickets for vessels that have already departed are officially non-refundable.
- Rebooking fees: Any requests for rebooking submitted after the vessel’s departure will incur a 50% rebooking fee.
The company issued this advisory to clarify its operational policies and ensure smoother transaction processes for all commuters. Passengers are encouraged to plan their travel accordingly to avoid these additional charges. Weesam Express expressed its gratitude to its patrons for their continued understanding and cooperation regarding these procedural changes.
