Fastcraft operator Weesam Express (SRN Fast Seacrafts) has issued an important travel advisory outlining essential passenger guidelines for those traveling across its key routes, including Iloilo City, Bacolod City, Zamboanga City, and Isabela, Basilan.

To ensure a seamless boarding process and avoid unnecessary delays, the maritime company urges all commuters to strictly adhere to the updated boarding protocols and check-in timelines.

Key passenger guidelines and check-in protocols

Passengers are reminded of the following regulations prior to their scheduled departure:

  • Ticket Validation and Seating: All passengers must proceed directly to the PPA Terminal Check-In Counter to validate their tickets and secure their assigned seat numbers before boarding the vessel.
  • Early Arrival: Travelers are required to arrive at the terminal at least 60 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.
  • Strict Cut-off Time: The check-in counter officially closes exactly 10 minutes before departure.
  • Boarding Forfeiture: Passengers who fail to check in before the designated 10-minute cut-off time may not be allowed to board the vessel.

According to Weesam Express management, these measures are implemented to guarantee vessel punctuality and passenger safety. For further inquiries and schedule updates, travelers may visit the official website at weesam.ph or follow the official Weesam Express Facebook page.
