OceanJet trip cancellation on February 13 extends earlier trip suspensions

Another cancellation for a trip by OceanJet has been announced, and this will take place on February 13, 2026. This comes after a prior notification of cancellations scheduled for February 11 and 12, for routes serving Cebu, Tagbilaran, and Siquijor.
The company has explained that the vessel assigned is undergoing repairs and maintenance. In that case, some of the routes that were earlier suspended will be affected again.
This means the service disruption is not yet fully lifted.
The following trips are cancelled on February 13, 2026:
- Cebu to Tagbilaran, 5:10 AM
- Tagbilaran to Siquijor, 7:30 AM
- Siquijor to Tagbilaran, 7:20 AM
- Tagbilaran to Cebu, 10:00 AM
The routes from Cebu to Tagbilaran and vice versa, which were part of the initial announcement for this trip cancellation notice, for February 11 and 12, still have a suspended status. The route from Tagbilaran to Siquijor is still affected under this extension for this trip cancellation notice.
OceanJet said that the temporary suspension is needed for the completion of maintenance work. However, until the completion of the maintenance work, further adjustments to the schedule may be made.
Passengers whose travel bookings have been confirmed as of February 13 are advised to reassess their travel plans. Requests for re-booking and refund can be undertaken in ticketing offices and also online via the company’s online booking management.
