Please be advised that effective March 16, 2026, Starlite Ferries will implement a mandatory identification policy for all passengers. To ensure a secure and efficient boarding process, travelers must present a valid government-issued ID at both the check-in counter and the boarding gate.

Compliance Requirements

• Name Matching: The name on the presented ID must correspond exactly with the name printed on the ferry ticket.
• Verification: Failure to provide a matching, valid ID will result in a denial of boarding.

Accepted Documentation

The following documents are recognized for travel:

• Primary IDs: Philippine Passport, Driver’s License, National ID (PhilID/ePhilID), UMID, SSS, GSIS, PRC, or Postal ID.
• Sectoral IDs: Senior Citizen, PWD, or Solo Parent cards (required for applicable discounts).
• Students/Minors: Valid school ID for the current academic year or a PSA-issued birth certificate for younger children.
• Employment/Clearance: Company IDs (with photo) or recent NBI/Police Clearances.
