Aznar Shipping Corporation to implement 10% fuel surcharge starting April 2026

Sea travelers and cargo shippers are advised to prepare for a price adjustment as Aznar Shipping Corporation implements a temporary fuel surcharge on its services beginning next month.
According to the official notice, a 10% additional fuel surcharge will be applied to all passenger fares and freight rates effective April 3, 2026. The shipping line explained that the move is a direct response to the recent increase in global fuel prices triggered by the ongoing situation in the Middle East.
Temporary measure
The company emphasized that the rate hike is not permanent. The management assured its customers that the surcharge will be lifted as soon as fuel prices in the market stabilize. “We sincerely thank you for your understanding and continued support,” the shipping firm added.
