ZAMBOANGA CITY — In a significant move to bolster maritime connectivity in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), Montenegro Shipping Lines Incorporated (MSLI) officially begins its operations for the Zamboanga City–Jolo, Sulu route today, April 17, 2026.
The maiden voyage of the M/V Santa Dorothea is scheduled to depart at 9:00 PM, marking the start of a regular service designed to provide a more reliable and comfortable sea travel option for both passengers and cargo.
