OceanJet announces Central Visayas trip cancellations through July 15 due to maintenance

Fast craft operator OceanJet has issued a travel advisory announcing the suspension of several scheduled trips across the Central Visayas region from July 7 to 15, 2026. The company stated that the temporary service interruption is due to essential maintenance being conducted on the vessel to ensure passenger safety.
Affected trip schedules
The following routes and departure times are cancelled until further notice during the specified maintenance period:
- Siquijor to Dumaguete: 6:40 AM and 4:40 PM
- Dumaguete to Tagbilaran: 7:40 AM
- Tagbilaran to Cebu: 10:00 AM
- Cebu to Tagbilaran: 12:20 PM
- Tagbilaran to Siquijor: 2:40 PM
- Dumaguete to Siquijor: 5:25 PM
Refund and rebooking policy
In response to the service disruption, OceanJet has announced that all affected passengers are entitled to a full refund or no-charge rescheduling. Travelers are advised to visit the carrier’s ticketing offices for immediate processing of their rebooking or refund requests.
