The suspension, scheduled for August 27-28, 2026, affects voyages aboard the MV Isla Simara due to necessary preventive maintenance operations.

The management of Island Water, operated by Shogun Ships Co., Inc., released the specific schedules affected by the temporary service interruption:

Batangas Port departures

  • 04:30 PM on August 27, 2026
  • 12:30 AM on August 28, 2026

Abra de Ilog Port departures

  • 08:30 PM on August 27, 2026
  • 04:45 AM on August 28, 2026

Rebooking and refund guidelines

Passengers holding confirmed tickets for the cancelled voyages are advised that they are entitled to a full refund or a rebooking option to the next available schedule. The management has outlined specific procedures depending on how the tickets were purchased:

  • Over-the-counter bookings: Passengers may proceed directly to the Island Water ticketing counter or reach out to the customer service hotline at 09478912988.
  • Online bookings: Ticket holders should send an email to [email protected] along with their official booking reference number.
